Dit onderzoek blijft weliswaar beperkt tot het gewijzigde gedeelte en de eventuele impact ervan op de bestaande installatie. Voorbeelden: grondige renovatie, het plaatsten van zonnepanelen op een bestaande installatie, of de installatie van een laadpaal voor uw elektrische wagen.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bij de verkoop van een wooneenheid uitgerust met een oude elektrische installatie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Beslist u om uw huis of appartement \u00a0&#8211; met een oude elektrische installatie waaraan sedert 1 oktober 1981 geen belangrijke wijzigingen of aanzienlijke uitbreidingen zijn aangebracht; of\u00a0 waaraan sedert 1 oktober 1981 wel belangrijke wijzigingen of aanzienlijke uitbreidingen zijn aangebracht maar waarvan het gedeelte dat dateert van v\u00f3\u00f3r 1 oktober 1981 nog niet het voorwerp van een gelijkvormigheidsonderzoek door een erkend controleorganisme heeft uitgemaakt &#8211; te verkopen, bent u verplicht een specifieke controlebezoek te laten uitvoeren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Is dit negatief, \u00a0beschikt de koper over een termijn van 18 maanden om de nodige werken uit te voeren om de installatie in orde te brengen. Binnen die termijn van 18 maanden, heeft de koper ook de verplichting om een nieuw controlebezoek van het geheel van de elektrische installatie te laten uitvoeren.
